Project Qatar CPD-Certified Training Program
CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It provides opportunities for individuals and organizations alike to gain maximum benefit from professional courses enabling you to remain at the top of your game in today's fast changing and competitive working environment.
In support for the continuous development of professionals in the construction field in Qatar, Project Qatar 2019 will be providing a platform for CPD Trainings for professionals running throughout the three days of the event free of charge.
Attendees who complete a full session of training will receive a CPD certificate.

Real Estate Development De-constructed
We will redefine and uncover the real estate development value chain, define the different stakeholders, de-mystify the real estate development cycle, and much more.

Building Sciences Quality Assurance – Past, Present and Future
The practice of building sciences has expanded way beyond water leakage and HVAC to include acoustics, fire, IAQ and many other practices that have not traditionally been at the core of building sciences. This course will focus on how these changes are impacting today’s building enclosures (e.g. façade and roof). We will review the state of the art in QA and predict where the industry will be going forward.

Feasibility Studies: Preparation, Analysis & Evaluation
Deciding whether or not a project is feasible, attractive, or if an investment is worthwhile is not an easy step. In this workshop you will learn what is feasibility study, the objectives, components, and key factors of it along with areas of analysis conducted within the feasibility study to examine the project’s financial and economic viability
